Please Read Our Story
Advertising for Mike’s Life
When we are feeling lost in our life, we are searching for a person or something that makes us more hopeful towards our needs and gives us a shining light to guide us to peace, freedom and hope. We have written a story about a man who has valuable things in his life but, he always feels there is something missing. He has dreams and he wishes that he could make his family more comfortable.
We would like to thank Mrs. Victoria for giving us this chance to write a big story by using five different writers to create this story. We are looking forward to reading your comments that will help us through our academic life.

Our group worked hard to produce this creative piece of fiction. It’s a story about a young girl named Sira, whose life changes dramatically after an unfortunate event. We hope you read and enjoy it. Happy reading!

It's the End of the Semester. Stress is Increasing. What Can You Do About It?
Eat good foods, drink a lot of water, and get enough sleep!
Psychologist Virginia Williams, honorary fellow at the University of Wollongong, shares her top tips for stress relief:
• Plan ahead for your exams and make sure you know your schedule.
• Know your ‘‘stress signs’’, such as a racing heart or withdrawing from company, so you can take good care of yourself.
• Know what works for you when you are stressed. Whether that’s exercise, catching up with friends or just taking a few minutes to meditate.
• Don’t get caught in negative thought cycles.
• Stay in contact with friends and family. Social support is the best way to reduce stress.
We need healthy, happy students, so please:
Eat good foods, drink a lot of water, and get enough sleep!
